1.) Why is Geri G.® Essential Meal better than eating organic vegetables and fruits?
The Geri G.® Essential Meal is a complete meal that includes vital nutrients that the body craves for optimal nutrition. It is not a question of “better” than organic vegetable and fruits. As they are always great choices and may be added to your daily eating menu while still enjoying the Geri G. Essential Meal as a “complete meal" choice.
The Essential Meal has protein, slow burning carbohydrates to help with fluctuating glucose levels, fiber, essential fatty acids, and phyto-nutrients. Creating meals that will be low in calories, easy to digest, and won’t weight you down on your own can be hard to do. 2.) Is it necessary to take the Geri G.® Meal capsules with the Essential Meals?
The Green Meal Capsules need to be taken 30 minutes before eating your Essential Meal or other food. Green Meal Caps have many detoxifying benefits and should be taken on a daily basis.

3.) How do the nutritionals resolve skin problems?
As an aesthetician I created my program to help my clients get their bodies cleansed of mucus, candida, poor diet choices, constipation, and lack of nutrition. Once the body has the right nutrients to support itself it will start to heal and rejuvenate. Organs need a daily detox to stay in tip top shape. Having the green meal caps helps to cleanse the blood, give additional support for when the body is under stress and all of these create a clearer, younger and healthier skin.
When will I notice a difference? Most notice a difference after the first week on the program. You will find that your energy levels are up and that you are starting to see a detoxification happen within the body from the inside out.

4.) How does this help with weight loss? 
The Program helps with weight loss by carefully giving the body just what it wants and needs. Once your glucose levels start to act normally the body will start using its stored resources for energy as well as start releasing toxins that it no longer feels it needs to hold onto from starvation mode or lack of getting the right nutrients.

5.) Will this make me gain weight at all?
The meal can’t make you gain weight unless like anything else you ingest too much of it and eat more calories on a daily basis than what your body requires.

6.) Why can't I mix this with juice?
Fruit should always be eaten in its “whole form” It contains great fiber and nutrients that need to be slowly released over a couple of hours. Juice is a concentrated form of sugar that messes with your glucose levels and thus your fat releasing hormones. Unless your an athlete who needs tons of calories and sugar you don’t need fruit juice.

7.) If I can only do it for 2 meals a day or sometimes only 1 will I see results?

8.) Is the recommended serving size enough for active male / females?
If you look at the supplement guide you will notice that the meal is evenly distributed with just the right nutrients that one should have per meal. The mistake that most people make is having “protein” replacements only and thinking they are complete meals.
All of that is very hard on the body and protein powders or just green powders do not allow for the proper release of fat burning hormones or nutrients that the organs need through out the day to produce balance and nutrient harmony.

9.) What makes up the calories in the meal?
The meal is designed to include a balance of protein, carbs, fats and phyto nutrients. There isn’t a meal that is raw, organic, no junk filler, no soy, no nuts that can do all of that in such a low calorie count that still supplies energy and mental alertness throughout the day.

10.) What if I am still hungry after?
If you are still hungry after having the Green Meal Caps, drinking water and then having the Essential Meal?? You are not drinking enough water, green tea, or almond milk with warm water through out the day.
if you want to snack on other things wait two hours to do so, and make it a green salad, artichokes, organic vegetable, and fruits such as cucumbers or a raw green apple. Make new choices for the new you!
Cravings are a sign of toxicity. You crave what your body is lacking chemically. For some people they need slow burning carbs for energy and to feel satisfied after eating but what happens is that they grab for a quickie instead. They eat flour products or non-organic sugar products. Those empty calories turn to stored fat. Choose a piece of low sugar fruit like berries, an apple, or a piece of watermelon.

11.) How long will it take for the cravings to slow down?
Hormones actually become more regulated when you start on a balanced nutrient dense program, Why? Because the body is now getting the right signals from the chemical releases in your brain that have resulted from the digestion of the right foods and nutrients that the Green Meal Caps that work on the acid alkaline balance in the body and the detoxification of blood.
